Something for everyone! We provide a variety of activities from cooking to indoor and outdoor sports and games, quizzes, arts and crafts, dancing, music and lots of imaginative play. We encourage all children to take part and have fun! We will accommodate children with special needs, if at all possible.
(All activities are conducted through the medium of English.)
Health and Safety
Spark aims to provide a safe and stimulating environment for all the young people who come to our Kids Club. Spark is limited to the numbers that can attend each session. We can take a maximum of 30 children each session. This number is set based on the size of our building and we will have staff and volunteers to cater for this number. Staffs are trained in first aid, child protection, food hygiene and health and safety.
Staffing
Staffs are suitably qualified and experienced. Staffing ratios are maintained at 1 : 8 for 4-7s. There are always a minimum of 2 staff on duty.
How to Register Your Child
Complete and return the Kids Club Registration Form to a member of staff. For safety reasons only children who have returned completed forms are allowed to attend. A member of the Kids Club Team will be happy to help with the form if you are unsure of any questions.
Trips and Activities away from the Centre.
You will receive information about this and you will need to complete a Consent Form to return if you would like your child to take part.
Each child will receive a free piece of fruit
Kids Club Rules

• If your child’s behaviour is causing concern you will be contacted by phone or by letter.
• Do not bring your child to Kids Club if they are ill, or if they have had a tummy upset in the last 24 hours, we follow guidelines from the Health Authority on exclusion for illness.
Kids Project Policies and Procedures
We have written policies and procedures on: equal opportunities, children with special needs, illness exclusion, child protection, behaviour management/bullying, administration of medicines and complaints.
